Delivery Information

The shipping charges on your order will be informed before your order is being placed at BrandedPerfume.com. If you are placing your order through our call center or chat, the order taker will mention the shipping charges.

If it's via web or mobile, the shipping charge would reflect on the shopping cart / payment page.
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by our customer care executive or on website or mobile. Below are some more shipping related points:
  1. Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
  2. We make our best efforts to ensure that the we ship out each item in your order within 1 working days of the order date. However in some cases, it may take longer, up to 2 or more working days, to ship the order, as the product may have to be procured by us where there is a heavy demand.
  3. We ship out orders on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  4. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we will only make shipments through reputed courier agencies.
  5. While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
  6. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and immediately write an e-mail to sales@brandedperfume.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  7. You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at Track your Order section.
  8. Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice. In case, inadvertently, the same is not received, you may write an e-mail to sales@brandedperfume.com mentioning your order reference number.
  9. www.brandedperfume.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
  10. Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Returns

Customer may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 15 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.

We cannot accept items for return that have been opened or used. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

Once we receive a return from customer (with all of the proper information), we will credit customer account and notify customer.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, please send an email to sales@brandedperfume.com within 5 hours of placing your order.

Damaged Product Claims

Each package and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. If a customer claims that one of the products is damaged, the customer may file a claim with us to investigate the situation.

The claim form is below: After receiving the claim, BrandedPerfume.com, in most circumstances, will request that the damaged product be shipped back to its warehouse for inspection.

Please note, most orders arrive duty free, however you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country.
We are not responsible and have no control over these fees. International orders must be shipped to the cardholders address.
