Return & Refund Policy

At Branded Perfume, your satisfaction is our top priority. If there’s an issue with a fragrance or product you recently purchased, we’re here to help make it right—quickly and hassle-free. Depending on the issue, the product type, and its condition, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Please provide your order number or invoice.
  • You received the wrong product (e.g., ordered a fragrance but received a gift set).
  • The item arrived damaged or was missing components.
  • The product was defective or not as described.

Important Notes

  • If you wish to exchange an unopened item (not due to our fault), a 13 AED shipping charge will apply.
  • If we cannot provide a replacement, a refund will be issued after deducting 13 AED.
  • If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item), no shipping charge will be deducted.

Returns Will NOT Be Accepted If:

  • The item has been opened or used.
  • The packaging is damaged or missing.
  • You changed your mind after opening/trying the product.
  • The product was purchased during a sale or clearance (unless damaged).
  • It’s a personal care/hygiene product without a valid issue.

All return claims are subject to inspection. We only accept returns for genuine reasons.

International Orders

We cannot cancel international orders once shipped.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send a confirmation.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Refunds are made to your original payment method (credit card, wallet, or cash).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is our fault.

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and the address.
  3. Send the item back to us.
  4. After inspection, we’ll confirm approval and issue your replacement or refund.
